One of the Carpet fitters very rude. The one with the dark hair and the long shaped face. Came to my house to measure up with bad manners, Refused to take his boots off to come inside. Doesn’t carry shoe covers which is ridiculous considering he is in and out of peoples houses on a day to day basis.

Absolutely disgusting organisation the man who fits carpets drives down my road regularly in a large van at about 50mph (it is a 30mph zone) when I called to complain the owner as he said he was was very aggressive and very rude. Refused to give me his name (yet he is apparently the owner of this business) how very unprofessional. The careless way the carpet fitter drives he could kill a child if he doesn’t slow down.

Fantastic place! Lady in shop more than helpful and very very knowledgeable on carpets! Would definately have my next carpet from them, reasonably priced and don't mess you about with times.. they come in get the job done, leave you with hardly no mess, they invoice also.. dead easy company to deal with. Would much rather give my time buisness to a smaller company rather than carpet right or united carpets... the flooring company make more of an effort and no baggage with them either! Please everyone take note let's not give our money to bigger company's where things get left to the side... these
