A lot of the furniture you see on our website is exclusive to us. This means you won't see it elsewhere because we manufacture the design ourselves. Other pieces you will see elsewhere, but unlike some of our competitors we prefer to is select the cream of the crop, rather than bulk advertising hundreds of mediocre products in the hope of securing customers.

This is regards to a an old order from a couple of years ago. Bought a concrete bench online which when delivered did not look like the pictures; the colour was different. Enough to clash with my existing colours in the kitchen. It was described as grey concrete but looked like a green-dark grey stone colour. When I tried to return I was told there would be £150 uplift charge. Very disappointed as it was not as described online and was very expensive to return. We tried to go to the warehouse to see the item before ordering but the company was not able to accommodate us so we decided to just order

We purchased our bedroom furniture from these guys, excellent quality and they really pushed the boat out with delivery schedule so close to Christmas. They forfilled all of their promises would definitely recommend. I nearly knocked it to 4 stars though as shortly after I bought the furniture they had a sale, but I guess that’s just one of those things. I’d buy again for sure

I ordered two cabinets from this company over 6 weeks ago. I had them delivered to my work address (as I drive in to work and no one is at home). I do the same thing with all of my amazon and other deliveries. When the cabinets arrived, I was suspicious because the boxes were really damaged. I opened one and the smell of the cabinet was overwhelming. I decided to send both cabinets back, however, I was told that this wasn't possible because I had them delivered to my work address and they class this as 'trade'. I told them that I paid on my personal credit card and the reason I had them delivered

We had a terrible experience with this company. After ordering an item costing £300, the next day, I saw the same item for £30 less. I immediately rang them up, and asked them to match the price. They told me it was too late, as the item was already dispatched, even though on their page, they had stated they price match and the item would take at least a month to arrive, and refused to price match the item, for such a small amount. When I asked to cancel the order, I was told it was not possible, as they would have to charge me £50 to do so, as the item was already on its way. LIES. From that
