Our Design/Planning Service and Installation Report

The process of designing your new kitchen/bedroom begins with a visit to your home. We will then draw up detailed plans including specifics of all the material and installation requirements. We offer a free and no obligation design/planning and quotation service; we will take the time needed to guide you through the process of designing the right kitchen/bedroom for you.

We recently had a kitchen and dining room transformed into a kitchen diner which involved structural changes. We are very pleased indeed with the design and the workmanship from start to finish. We would certainly recommend them.

Problems with kitchen, quality is not good. When you go in there or ring up they are in Meetings or unavailable. "Will get back to you" they don't. Used this company as thought they had a good name . Very unhappy.

Having now moved back in to my brand new kitchen, I am absolutely delighted with it. It is exactly what I had hoped for and more. Fantastic service from the start to the end. The virtual pictures were so helpful to see what the kitchen was going to look like. Cannot fault the quality, finish and the price. Delivery and fitting went very smoothly. Well done R&R Kitchens! Would definitely recommend using this company.

We have just had our second kitchen from R&R. The service and quality have been exceptional with excellent post delivery service. We returned to R&R after having our first kitchen from them some 20 years ago. They helped to plan and design the kitchen and then supported our builders who fitted the kitchen. This was all part of an extension we were having built. James and Jo both came on site and helped and advised the builders fitting the units. A separate company came to measure and fit the work surfaces.
Over all we were extremely satisfied and would recommend R&R, in fact our builders are going

New kitchen started September 2019, the fitting was Very poorly fitted and required so many repairs.
Just had another repair yesterday. 21/2/20.
So my brand new kitchen dream was the worse experience I've had. My kitchen was not cheap,but we went with this company as 18 years ago we had our 1st kitchen from them. No repairs or problems.
Yes the company have done the repairs but to me the kitchen feels second hand. So many issues with splash back that was poorly cut, plinths under cabinet and at floor level,again poorly cut. 2 new open cabinets had to be remade due to cutting issues. Silicone
