When it comes to buildings; these are assets that are perceived to have a long life and quite rightly so, because a building of any sort whether it is a commercial building, a house or a sky scrapper, requires complex construction procedures and consume a lot of time. Since the nature of this industry is such, most of the things once done can't be undone easily.
Constructing your house is a dream and when it finally materialises; people are particular about the details involved in the process. A lot of consideration is put into the construction phase as a building of such proportion can't be tweaked or reconstructed now and then. While some decisions are quite straight forward such as how many rooms to build and their respective mapping, other decisions are a bit complex.

Tim has just finished my latest project, which was converting a dilapidated 6-storey Grade 2 Listed townhouse into 5 separate flats. It was an enormous task and Tim project-managed it amazingly well. Despite Covid-19 constraints, Tim made sure every element of the build was done to perfection and is always on the end of the phone should any challenges arise. He's also very good at thinking of alternative solutions in tricky situations; he's a very positive and lovely guy who actually cares about his and his team's quality of work. Tim and his team did a great job completely renovating my old, outdated bathroom to a beautiful space which I now can't keep out of.
Tim was both reliable and professional and gave good ideas to solve tricky problems. His own work is of a high quality and he only uses trades people who mirror this. The plumber, Kim, is excellent at what she does and is a lovely person too, the plasterer did a fantastic job and the electrician was great too.
I was particularly impressed at the organisation of the job, everyone turned up when they were supposed to and Tim co-ordinates all of this really well. He
