Lazy Susan

Fantastic furniture, very poor delivery, ignored my requests to leave it at side of the house, (as requested on their delivery site) they even took a photo to prove delivery, clearly showing my request/instructions, they piled it up against my front door and against my new garage doors and left them in full public view, for anyone to help themselves, also causing minor damage to the garage doors . No apologies, no explanation, no offer to recompense me. After sales team did not seem interested.
Disappointed, for what is a lovely piece of garden furniture.

This is the first time we have dealt with Lazy Susan Ltd, and we are certain it will not be the last. Our order was dealt with efficiently and very swiftly and it was not long before we were enjoying a very high quality product which now graces our Garden. Nothing was too much trouble for the personnel of the company who were only too willing to assist us whilst we constructed the table, chairs, base and canopy and any difficulties we had were swiftly dealt with in a very kind and helpful manner. We would recommend the company to anybody without any hesitation and wish them well for the future

We were so pleased to have found the garden furniture we had been looking for and were not at all disappointed when it arrived. We did have one or two hiccups that meant that the delivery was somewhat delayed, Covid and Suez Canal being the primary causes.
All the staff that we spoke to at Lazy Susan were helpful and did what they could to remedy the delay and Ron, at Lazy Susan, made sure that everything was resolved to our satisfaction, for which we are very grateful.
We would definitely recommend this company for the quality of the product and levels of service.

Furniture of good quality and value. Delivery carried out efficiently despite split addresses. Outstanding service in respect of promptly getting a replacement rubber foot for one of the chairs. Would highly recommend Lazy Susan.

Recommended by a neighbour, but nevertheless I was somewhat nervous about spending so much money online without viewing the product - SO glad I did, we absolutely LOVE our (solid, not flimsy as I feared could be the case) white table and chairs and are very impressed with the comfortable cushions which are also waterproof! (and a delightful green) The whole transaction was so simple, thanks to Rob and his team, and we can't wait to sit out on the patio with our lovely new furniture! Highly recommended.

Great job by Lazy Susan Furniture team. I ordered the London Rose Bistro table and chair set. I only ordered it on Tuesday and I have received the product on the Thursday. Wonderful job on the quick delivery. The neat packaging was so good and it ensured the product is safe and secure. The instructions were super clear and so easy to set up. Even the nuts and bolts were packed with the blister wrapping. We've rarely seen nuts and bolts and screws being packed well and labeled on the packing so it was a delight to see that. I spoke several times to Katya and she was incredibly helpful and I was able to clarify my order exactly. Katya is an excellent example of customer service and she is a real asset to the company. Starting with the phone call from the man arranging delivery, to the friendly and efficient van driver, the service we received was excellent. The garden table and chairs are well made and stylish. So pleased we picked this company.

Good quality products but appalling customer service! I ordered a table and four chairs as I had previously purchased some garden furniture from Lazy Susan and loved it. When the furniture was delivered there were two chairs missing. I was told by customer service that they would arrive within the next few days. However after two weeks they did not arrive so I followed this up with an email to customer service to which I did not receive a reply. I sent a further email to which there was no reply.
