Reynolds was founded on providing excellent service and the same applies today. Many customers who use Reynolds have done so for 30 or 40 years and their parents before them. The business is still owned and run by the founding family. Dominic Reynolds manages the furniture store, James & Stephen Reynolds manage the funeral service and Matthew Reynolds the accounting and finance side.

The business employs over 35 staff. Reynolds is the largest furniture store in Sussex. It has four floors and is over 26,000 square feet.

Services
We offer an AM/PM 2 man delivery service for local and national deliveries of heavy items. Please check that what you've ordered will fit through any passageways, doorways, stairwells on the way to the room it's intended for. If windows or doors need to be removed or the goods taken over a balcony we can arrange this for you but costs must be agreed in advance.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced and their arrogance is mind-blowing.
This is the first review I've ever made but I feel I have to warn others. we ordered our duresta sofa on the 8th May this year and we were told we could receive delivery in 12 weeks (31st July) as they were built in England. it was a very very expensive purchase but we really liked the sofa, I received a call on 9th August to ask what colour piping we wanted, I was amazed, I thought it was the call to arrange the delivery, surely a question like that would have been asked by duresta when they received the order

I had my wool carpets fitted by Sam and Jack today. To say I’m impressed is an understatement! They worked non stop all day fitting carpets in an awkward room and difficult stairs. The quality of their work deserves a 5* rating, the results are stunning. They were so pleasant, courteous and polite, I would recommend them to anyone. Reynolds kept to their schedule of work and Neil kept me informed throughout. I couldn’t ask for a smoother transaction and a better result.

Purchased a mattress from this store. But when the mattress arrived we realised that it was not the mattress we had ordered, it was a lot firmer than the one we had originally ordered.
Manager came out to have a look and said that it will get softer in a month or two.
After 2 months it still was as firm as the day we had received it.
Will never purchase from this shop.
We now shop at John Lewis.
