Our highly trained gas engineers can fix your boiler with a one-off repair 365 days a year. We have local engineers with years of experience on all makes and models and are continuously trained and audited to ensure their repair skills are among the best. We have access to parts through our parts distributor who can provide parts next day so you can have your heating and water when you need it most.
Mr Therm can specify a range of renewable systems including air source hot water cylinders and solar thermal panels. After 2025 no gas boilers will be installed in new properties so we are ready for the next generation of heating products with expert advice, great installation and services for your home.

We needed a new electric fire fitted but everywhere we went wasn't really interested, until we went to Mr Therm.
He called to measure up the same day andordered the fire we liked.
The next day a fitter arrived, fitted the new fire an removed an took away the old one.
An excellent service all round, highly recommend.

Had a new heating system installed by Mr Therm and they were courteous and professional from start to finish. Chris recommended a particular system but I was not keen, but I relented and went with it and am over the moon! They know what's the best for you, give a good price and the work done by the installation engineers was exceptional. They cleaned up and left things pristine.

They are good at getting someone at promptly however I told the two people who I spoke to on the phone that the problem/error message we was getting on the boiler was due to an issue with the fan and I don't think I could have stressed this point anymore than I did. However when the engineer came out he didn't touch the fan, the error message came back after his 'tinkering' to which he responded to my wife 'I've just pressed the reset button and it works now.' So he didn't do a second trial run to see if the error came back and just said 'it'll be fine.' Well it's not fine in fact the issue seems
