Are you thinking of utilising the space you have but feel an extension is not the best option?. Then most likely an attic loft conversion would best suit your requirements. Yorkshire Lofts specialise in attic conversions, specifically for clients who cannot build out due to their property's location, so build up, not out.
It's never been more important to think about insulating your loft. Without proper insulation a lot of the valuable, expensive energy you use to heat your home will be lost through the loft. The recommended depth for mineral wool insulation is 270mm however there are other materials which require different depths.
When your loft gets cold, pipes can freeze up and burst, leading to thousands of pounds worth of damage to your home and posessions. For a very small outlay, we can install thermostatically controlled heating in your loft to ensure that when it gets too cold, your loft stays warm enough to keep your pipes in tact.

Awesome service from the initial quote to the finished job. When I called for a quote, they were kind enough to rejig a calendar to get me my appointment on the day that i was in, in fact they turned up early as the first appointment didn't answer the door for them. Surveyor called and asked if it was ok first though.
Arrived and measured up and gave me 2 options for half board with shelves or full board. We had a few other quotes that were a little more than them, however, those people could do it in a few days. As this was last year and just like now, tradesmen time were booked weeks advance

We really can't praise Chris and his team enough. A top professional job undertaken on a dark uninviting loft. We now have a boarded workable space with windows and a ladder providing access. Paul and Karl who undertook the majority of the work, were polite and very hard working with a great sense of humour which kept me entertained. A massive well done!

Yorkshire Loft Solutions were exceptionally professional in replacing an unusable ladder with a larger hatch and lovely wooden ladder that is easy to use, working on a Saturday morning to reduce our waiting time. They encountered a few unforeseen issues with wiring that needed to be sorted, resolved at no extra charge. Can't recommend them highly enough. Very professional, efficient and tidy work. We had Yorkshire Loft Solutions give our loft a very much needed update just before Xmas 2020. We had a new loft ladder and hatch put in, new floor laid, additional insulation, shelving and three lights put in. They were also kind enough to cut up and remove an old water tank which had been left when the new boiler was installed.
The lads turned up early on the day and completely protected the entrance way and the stairs/landing up to the loft, so there was no chance of any muddy footprints on the carpet! They worked all through the day and completed the entire job by mid-afternoon. They were
