As a company and as individual Members, we embrace the Green Agenda. We recently invested in solar technology on our warehouse building to reduce our carbon footprint and we recycle all our cardboard and packaging waste which reduces the amount of refuse sent to landfill. Many of our products also have enhanced environmental credentials over and above the fact that wool is the ultimate recyclable material.

A 100% 3 ply Loop pile carpet made with top quality Laneve branded New Zealand wool. Laneve wools are fully traceable and offer the highest performance and cleanest look particularly in light shades. Supplied in multi widths to save waste and therefore money. Braemar Twist is made of 80% wool and 20% man-made.

Great carpet i had via greendale from my local retailer in walsall, carpet looks stunning and was excellent.
regards a review from a Mo from what i understand consumer rights say the retailer has the right to replace the faulty goods and put the job right, and as for contacting their supplier direct , the contract is with the retailer not greendale..
like if i but a samsung tv from currys if there is a problem i go to currys not samsung as the contracts from them so my advise is id ignore that from MO tho i understand his frustration but that`s with the retailer not Greendale..

Bought a Greendale Carpet from a local retailer. After 5 weeks it developed holes in the bit fitted in the bedroom. Contacted the retailer who said only they could deal with Greendale and would be out to look at carpet. They insisted they come on a day I wasn't home so I had to get someone else to let them in. I never heard anything from either Greendale or the retailer for 2 months so contacted retailer again. Was told Greendale had never got back to them but was going to contact me direct.
