Services
Phillips Carpets first opened in 1984. Brothers David and Thomas Phillips opened the business in the centre of Hereford. Now David's son Ben and his wife Jodie have reopened Phillips Carpets, working alongside Ben's brother Josh who is part of the day to day running and new team member Craig who joins us as Warehouse Manager.
