Our builders' cleans bring you the peace of mind that, once the dust has settled on a job, every area of your premises - from floor to ceiling, both internally and externally - will be clean and clear of debris. Today my interview with APM started like this... I arrive at the building and make my way inside. At the walk way I meet a lady who was also there for an interview. We immediately got chatting and talked about our cleaning experiences, etc. We looked out the window and see the managing director and a young man park and make their way to the door of the building. She gets to the door, looks at us, opens the door halfway and then goes on an absolute tirade about how we should be wearing masks (we forgot) and that what we are doing is illegal! We should be taking this seriously.. all without taking

After being a loyal domestic customer for 7 years they have tried to increase the price of my clean by 59% ( going from £58 to £92) at 1 weeks notice. I had also used them to clean my workplace but their standard of clean was very variable depending on the team sent to do the clean. I would therefore not recommend for domestic or commercial cleaning.

APM quoted for work that they don’t have the skills to carry out properly. The clean was a disappointment and the service was really poor too. On their website they promote a commitment where there is no charge should the customer be unsatisfied with the quality or service. Unfortunately I paid ahead and they’re refusing to give me a refund. I wish I’d gone elsewhere
