We use Prochem carpet and fabric cleaning products and equipment. Prochem is a leading manufacturer of cleaning and maintenance products for carpets and upholstery. Checking the depth of soil and signs of permanent staining, along with the backing of the carpet as some are prone to shrinkage. Also a dye test will be carried out to ensure no colours will be removed and ensure the correct use of cleaning solution.

Paul cleaned the stair carpet and the difference was outstanding it looks like a new carpet! Removed lots of dirt and stains. Also our large rug in the living room looks amazing too. Such a difference I would highly recommend. I have used other carpet cleaning companies but this was by far the best. Job done thoroughly and quickly and to time, all in all a perfect result.

I was extremely happy with the service I received from Paul. I had a rug that I thought would need to be thrown out as it was extremely dirty due to our puppy walking (and having puppy accidents) all over it! But Paul worked his magic and it looks as good as new. I would highly recommend his services, he is fast and efficient and extremely good value for money! You won’t find a better carpet/ upholstery cleaner in the North East!

We had our living room/dining room carpet cleaned about 3 years ago but the tide marks had started to reappear along the front of the sofas and the doorway, also our dog loves to leave the odd muddy stain here and there!
We called Clean Victoria and Paul promptly came around and explained what the work would involve, he gave us a very good quote and we booked the job in for the following week.
On the day Paul arrived right on time and set about his work straight away and with little fuss. He finished up barely an hour later and the carpet now looks and smells so much better, the stains have gone

Moved into new property that a previous owner had pets in. Carpets were not the cleanest and had a strong odour.
Clean Victoria did a fantastic job, very professional and have all the gear required. He done that good of a job I had him clean my 2 seat sofa and chair and done a fantasy job on them as well.
Smell has now gone from carpets and look a lot better. Would definitely use again and recommend to anyone.

Excellent! We were thinking of getting a new carpet, but thought we would try a full clean first. This was definitely the right decision as they came up like new! We were so impressed that we decided to get the sofas cleaned too! Very impressed with the service and all the kit he brought! Would recommend 100%.
