Since our establishment in 1997 Lynch Project Services has traded from Northwest London. The Company has years of experience in both large Groundwork Projects and Commercial and Refurbishment Projects. Our areas of Operation are mainly in the Southeast of the UK and our setup allows us to be extremely flexible with ability to mobilise at short notice.

Lynch Project Services Ltd was formed in 1997 by our present MD after gaining many years experience in construction and development. Our experienced Office-team and Site Management are familiar with and understand the methods and practices involved in running a successful company, and are proactive and effective in promoting our existing relationships between Clients, Suppliers, and Site teams.
Lynch Project Services Ltd has built a reputation as a reliable, full service, Contractor with the ability to handle detailed commercial projects within budget whilst providing first class quality. Our commercial division has undertaken projects with large retail outlets such as Aldi and Morrison's, leisure facilities such as The Grove Golf & Leisure Park, and local schools and hospitals.
We pride ourselves on our ability to provide the complete groundwork service as we have demonstrated in carrying out numerous packages up to the value of 2 million pounds. Drainage, Interceptors, and Pipelaying (liaising with and gaining approval of local providers such as Thames Water to work on their apparatus and system).
Lynch Project Services Ltd has worked as Subcontractor to a number of Larger Main Contractors such as McLaughlin & Harvey, Quinn London, Kier Construction, Henry Bros. We have demonstrated our capacity and ability to deliver large packages within tight programmes and budgets adhering to the Main Contractors key dates, specific Site restrictions and rules which allows all parties peace of mind that the project will be delivered successfully.
