Free site surveys are undertaken by directors Denis or business partner Michael. From the onset you experience the personal touch that clients receive from this genuine, transparent hard working building company. Although Jennings and David Construction Ltd mainly service the Wembley and North West London area, we are quite prepared to undertake domestic building projects across the Greater London.

I have seen negative reviews only two and find it hard to believe that these people are taking about the same company !! I have used Jennings and David for Several big projects and have never had a issue. Both Micheal and Denis are great to deal with as are all the in house trades. Their pricing is competitive and fair, the guarantees are fantastic and valid. I suppose different people have different experiences with builders but I can not praise these guys enough.

Micheal who owns the company rips clients off and overcharges to get what he wants. He doesn’t care about the customer and their belongings. Material is thrown all over the place and damaged. I have been out of my house for almost 3 years because he hasn’t been able to complete my house. He uses tactics of not completing jobs around the house to extract money and blackmails you. His team of Romanian boys lead by Radu are a bunch of cowboys who do not know how to build. Avoid at all costs and the company!

Started ok but built went from bad to worth in a very short time .
Badly managed all through out with a very apparent lack of communication skills .
The boss is stubborn with little manners as well as many of the sub-contractors .
Quotes do not make any sense and no explanations would be given on costs.
Not very transparent at all .
They obviously take far too much on with a very average building skills .
Do not care about details and are only interested to built a very standard home and get out as quick as possible .
They are many other companies out there who would do a much better job
