I recently decided to relocate to the EU and JamVans came highly recommended by a friend who had relocated earlier, so from the get go I had high expectations and boy were they met and even surpassed.

Mathew Miller was incredible and very careful with all my belongings it took the time to get the job done properly. From London to Chester , he was instrumental in making this move as easy as possible. I don't know if he still work there but definitely an amazing employees . I highly recommend him. We needed the contents of our flat stored for a month while we sorted out the lease on our new flat, so we used JamVans’ Self Store to your door service. The guys who came to collect were friendly, professional, and managed to get a 1 bed flat’s worth of stuff packed into the van in under an hour. I was able to get in contact with JamVans to schedule delivery pretty easily, and they were patient and accommodating while we dealt with delays with the contract for the new flat. I can't recommend JamVans if you need access to their containerized storage. It is difficult to get access to your pod. When I called them before booking, it was sold to me on the basis that it is very easy and I can get access anytime. Once I booked it, it is the second time that I am experiencing difficulties getting an access. First time round, they told me that my pod is in Hertfordshire when actually their promise is that your pod is going to be in the nearest depot to you, which in my case is Acton. Initially they were denying the fact that it should have been stored in Acton but then accepted

I was impressed with every aspect of the service surrounding our move. From follow-up on our quote (best of the many I got) to services day of, everything was great. First rate service from start to finish. Professional attitude at all points of service. Timing was critical and they appeared on time. We used them twice in a month to move both our flats.
