Two storey extensions to maximise living accommodation and upstairs bedroom/en suite. Various roof options are available to accommodate all builds and specifications.
Adding a porch can give you that added shelter that is needed or simply add aesthetics to the front of your house. Generally adding a porch to any external door of your house is considered to be permitted development that does not exceed 3m2, we can help you with this and advise accordingly as there are many options available and in different materials.
