We had a terrible experience with this firm. We bought some tiles and when we took them home we discovered the design of the tiles did not match when put together. We took them back the following day and was told that they would not refund us. We went on the suppliers website to discover they has a 14 day return policy with no quibbles. Would not trust them at all.
