Excellent customer service & quality of work throughout. The vinyl I wanted for kitchen & bathroom proved hard to get but instead of taking the easy option for them asking me to choose another they persisted & got it for me. For personal reasons then I asked to delay the job and again Steve could not have been more understanding & accommodating. I am delighted with the new floors & would not hesitate to recommend Carpet Room.

Carpet Room website is professional and this led to our initial enquiry with Steve. When he arrived to price up the work his knowledge gave us confidence and so we instructed him to carry out the work. Steve was friendly, professional and highly skilled.

We would recommend carpetroom 100%. my property had been damaged and repaired by contractors who quite frankly balls it up leaving us in a terrible state. Steve and his team gave a brilliant service, attention to detail is quite simply amazing. our home is now a home once again. anyone needing to see what a marvelous job he has done please let Steve know and we can arrange it. 5 Stars from us!!!
