Needed a plumber urgently as watter coming through ceiling. Prompt response despite the fact I called while he was out for a meal. Diagnosed the problem and did a temporary repair and returned as promised a day later to complete the job. Great customer service and would recommend highly.

Waited in all day. Twice called to change the time. Engineer finally came at end of day to tell me I needed a new valve said he was going to the van to fone his boss to put it through as emergency. Haven't seen or heard from him since

Room for improvement. More forward planning time needs spent on detail positioning of towel rail etc, too close to WC resulting in risk of burns. Small things that could make better functional results. Very clean tidy worker. Office staff very nice and helpful. Felt prices a bit on the high side for certain jobs . Not entirely happy with finished result .

Work was completed satisfactorily - however company attempted to include 40 minutes travel charge without notifying and highlighting lack of call out charge on website. Customer service non - existant and extremely rude

We had a wet room fitted. Got 3 quotes and Al was easily the cheapest. Job was finished to a great standard and guys who worked on the job were very professional and courteous. Would have no hesitation in recommending AL Plumbing and Heating.

Terrible company. Fitted a wet room with an atrocious finish. Attempted to charge for work not done. I cannot recommend this company. Two months later and the job is still not complete. A nightmare, so best avoided.

Excellent service. Boiler broke down so no heating or hot water. AL Plumbing sent somebody out very promptly, identified the part that was needing replaced and had fixed it later that same day.
