The elephant Removals team, who managed the communication, is very professional. The service is extremely good, cordial, and quick! Elephant removals helped us moving from the UK to Denmark during a very ambiguous time period and they even helped us with storing our stuff for a while at a fair price. Awful is an understatement. The one star I have given Elephant Removals is one star too many. Do not use this service. They damaged most of my furniture and will not pick up my calls or respond to my emails despite telling me that they were fully insured before I booked my home move. They took payment in advance and the movers had no regard whatsoever for my belongings. I am currently in the process of filing a police report and taking legal action. Avoid Elephant Removals at all costs!

Elephant Removals company performed a fantastic removal service for a good price by conscientious movers. Despite difficult narrow access, everything was handle well by strong and diligent team.

First time used Elephant Removals, the removal team were energetic, friendly and most importantly affordable. Great team work and showed great commitment in their work. Some of my things were heavy and bulky but they managed to have them delivered safely. I can't thank them enough, did a great job, would definitely used them again : )

Dreadful moving experience with Elephant Removals. They were late, sent the wrong sized van, turned up without packing materials, were very unorganised (and slow) with packing, requested tea breaks and showed a complete lack of customer service. They have also refused to respond to correspondence on an insurance claim for a damaged dining room table and radio. Avoid at all costs

I was told on the phone that they would come at 12 or earlier.
When I called one day before the move, they said they would come between 2 and 4 pm!
I had to find another company at the very last minute to fill their place.
Very unprofessional, no excuses given and no deposit back. Lost 75 pounds because of a company who lies when they say they come in the morning and end up telling me they come mid afternoon.
I would really recommend you to find another cheaper place because that was a total waste of money.
