A new build in Curry Rivel, we provided all of the construction work and landscape design. My business ANDREW TABOR LANDSCAPING DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION was established in 1988 and is based near Yeovil, Somerset. As a landscape contractor, I have been designing and constructing gardens and their features for 23 years: most of my work is in the West Country.
Over the years my work has expanded to other areas like Oxford, Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire. Materials used today in gardens have changed during this time, but the principles of landscaping have basically stayed the same. All work I do is undertaken to a high standard, developed from my experiences.

I provide a flexible service, which is always in tune to what the clients wish to achieve in their garden. Firstly, I ask the clients what they want and then make my own suggested improvements so as to create the best result.

Services
I have lived in the West Country near Yeovil for the past 23 years where I operate as a landscaper and gardener - designing and constructing gardens for my clients. Previously, I was a farmer owning and operating two mixed arable and livestock farms which gave me good land based skills. I have a broad knowledge of agriculture including growing arable crops, livestock, sheep and pigs and all types of machinery.
Full Garden Design is essential when building gardens with a purpose. A design should flow from the house out into the garden making the garden complementary to the house and thereby improving the overall image and value of the house. Along with designing the actual garden, the rest of the outdoor services need to be planned to make the whole thing work.
Soft landscaping is the soft side of the garden that enhances the hard landscaping. It's the greens - the lawns, foliage and colours that soften the hard landscaping of the garden can bring it all together in making a garden visually interesting to the eye and to the other senses. Lawns and wildflower meadows are cultivated and created from rough ground or old lawns, transforming areas into rejuvenated, manicured lawns.
