Just had a new front door and 4 windows replaced and couldn't be happier, it has completely transformed our home. A rally friendly and professional service with good communication; I was kept regularly updated throughout the process. The fitters were efficient and kept any disruption to a minimum. Phoned the company for a quote, they were very friendly and helpful and asked me to send photos of the windows that we needed replacing. They said that they would be able to provide a quote in the next couple of days. They didn’t get back to me so I had to contact them a few days later by email. They sent the quote by email to which I replied to ask them to break the quote down as we we’re getting 4 windows replaced in different parts of the house. Again waited for a response, waited a couple of days then rang them to see what was happening. They promised to ring as soon as possible to give

Absolutely delighted with the finished product from New Ferry Glass & Glazing. We had the old porch removed, a new door and windows fitted throughout. They looked better than I imagined, totally transforms our house. Mark and Matt who completed the installation were brilliant, very meticulous in their work, really clean and always kept us updated with how they were getting on. I have just had work finished on my full house by New ferry Glass and couldn't begin to praise them enough. I have had 2 bay windows 9 windows 2 composite doors and sliding patio supplied and fitted by them to an exceptional standard. 2 of the windows I was able to design myself and Ritchie copied the lead light beautifully to my design. Also the windows in the front door matched this perfectly. This as well was included in the original price..no hidden surprise. no added extras from start to finish. The fitters was courteous, professional and hardworking..with such high standards i would not hesitate
