From the moment I emailed the Discount Window Centre to request a quote for replacement windows and door for my mum's house, everything was straight forward and really quick. We made an appointment to pick styles and everything was Covid-safe in the showroom. She was offered a date for installation before Christmas which we didn't expect. A big shout out for Geoff and Dave who couldn't have been more accommodating, cleaning up after themselves and disposing of the old frames. Mum is so happy, can't recommend enough.

From day of placing order to date of insulation the was no waiting fast and reliable service . Fuss free and excellent service . Window fitters arrived on time knew what they had to do and came fully prepared for the work entailed . Both Jeff and Dave excellent workers took care of the area they worked in and respected the property. Clean and well installed windows no issues with the work carried out both really nice guys pleasant and polite. Would highly recommend discount windows and both Jeff and Dave as installers more than pleased great value and a 1st class job done thank you .

I have just had 6 windows fitted, the windows are exactly what I wanted, Tony and Trevors attention to
detail when fitting is fantastic, they work non stop and they also managed to save the wooden architecture that was already on our 130 year old Victorian house and fit the windows seamlessly they look fantastic and authentic, we are so pleased nothing was a problem. I would also like to thank Paul and the team in the shop who put our order together perfectly. Excellent quality I will be recommending these to all of my friends and family. Are they the cheapest? I have no idea, but the quality

Terrific service from getting a brilliant price quote for two French Doors online to visiting, viewing product and finalizing installation date at their showroom. Very professional and friendly service. Installers Jeff and Dave have just fitted the two French Doors and what a great job, their attention to detail was amazing. We ordered our french doors from here, saving over £600 which another company quoted the same day. Tony and Trevor were our fitters- brilliant job! Would definitely ask for them again if having work done to the house.
One months wait from ordering to having them fitted. No messing around either.

Would 100% recommend. Excellent price, friendly staff on the phone and really quick to respond to emails. Had a bay window, French doors and front door replaced. Tony and Trevor were so friendly and did an amazing job with the fitting. This included fitting a cat flap into the French doors, which they sorted with no issues. They also ensured to keep the original features around the front door, which I think looks lovely. They tidied up all their mess and stayed until they were happy everything was how it should be. All in all, a brilliant experience. Thank you.
