CGC has evolved a range of in-house services in the last 18 years, offering clients a complete 'cradle to grave' service. Our service delivery capability extends from Main Contractor, providing a complete construction service, through to a comprehensive range of building, prefabrication, technical, fit-out and property maintenance services.
Careful and sympathetic renovation can extend a building's useful life, reducing the need for future remedial work and providing long-term cost savings. Our refurbishment division covers every aspect of refurbishment for all types of properties including Social Housing, Student Accommodation, Government Buildings, Office, Retail, leisure, Industrial, Healthcare, Education and Residential.
CGC recognises that residential developments, although essentially a building, will become a person's home. A sanctuary where they can be safe, sheltered and spend precious moments with friends and loved ones. With this in mind, CGC work closely with our clients and designers to ensure that all our developments fulfil this function and exceed resident's expectations for their new home.
CGC STEEL is a structural steel fabricator and blacksmith contractor based in Renfrewshire Scotland. We specialise in a number of key areas including the fabrication and erection of - Portal Frame Buildings, Commercial Premises, Schools & Universities, Residential Properties, Metal Fencing Systems, Staircases, Balustrades & Handrails, Gates, Railings, Bespoke Steelwork.
Many older buildings - and some more modern ones that were not well constructed - have a range of problems caused by fungal decay and insect infestation. Our team of Certificated Surveyors in Remedial Treatment (CSRT) can identify the precise cause (which is not always immediately clear) and our specialist personnel are able to deal with the problem and provide a long-term solution.

Do not use this company!! Your employees should be a good representation of your company. However I experienced one of your van drivers driving recklessly this morning and then threaten an innocent young boy driving in front of him with violence. As a female in a different car, even I was intimidated to say the least. Should be ashamed of who you employ!
