We are happy to provide you with a full design and build service, and assist you with the entire construction process. Services
Most clients have never built a new house, formed an extension or conversion and generally don't know where to start. We take your initial ideas and present you with several solutions to help you make an informed decision on your design. Only when you are happy with the solution do we make the relevant Council applications on your behalf acting as your agent until the work is complete.
When we have agreed on your design, we will complete the drawings required for local authority planning submission, and make the required neighbour notifications on your behalf. The planning process can take approx 6 - 8 weeks to be determined by the Council and may result in some design changes or minor alterations.
