OVERCHARGED, POOR SERVICE and they said if I make review they will take slander and blackmail charges against me! BEWARE
Booked for track & trace. They will take you card details in advance so that they can collect payment next working day contrary to what I was told over the phone. Job was not done at all.
Bill recieved and charged for £432 for a workman spending two hours on site - I was wrongly billed and charged at their weekend rate for 3 hours despite this being a weekday. That is £120 I was wrongly charged so far…
They also claimed the workman was on site 2 1/2 however the engineer

I recently engaged IGM for trace and access services. The technician specialist was rude and impatient. I was waiting on confirmation from my insurance company, I had a significant leak. It was very stressful and the technician showed no empathy or understanding to my circumstance. I recognise he does this everyday, but for me it was a first and I needed more support and guidance. He said 'why the hell and I here if you haven't sorted the insurance' and then proceeded to bill me a total of £152 for 15 minutes of his time.
