The intelligent way to harness renewable energy - Can be up to 20% less running costs than Natural Gas. Did you know that if you already have a wet electric system, your bill could be 1500 for 12 months?. Thermaflow Combination Buffer linked with Hitachi Air Source Heat Pumps. Reduction in runnning costs to be 20% less than Natural Gas which is the cheapest fuel at present.
The boilers used in our systems are the latest technology and energy efficient which can lead to substantial savings on fuel bills compared to older, less efficient, boilers. Radiators used in our systems have stylish good looks and are complemented by a heat transfer design which ensures the energy efficient of all expensive central heating fuels.
Very happy with our ASHP installation that was done by SMART Group despite the unfortunate delay due to the original sub-contractor pulling out of the job. The new sub-contractor that SMART Group got did a fantastic job. The guys were really professional and worked solidly for three days with minimum disruption to our house.

I am happy to describe my experience. Heating/hot water broke down last Thursday evening only a week after annual service. I called cumbernauld office at 8am on the Friday. Engineer called to say he be out 2-4pm. I waited & waited. Called office back 4pm. No reply & no other contact number on website! Closes at 4pm Friday & nothing till the following Monday? What do people do at weekend if they have problem? Anyway I was left with no heating or hot water all weekend. Got the thermaflow system installed last year and my electric bills have more than halved. Jan 2015 my bill was 165 this year it was 60. Can't believe the difference in price.
The guys are very quick and professional. They didn't even stop for a break. Can't recommend this company and heating system enough. X
