Services
We provide over 2,500 central heating installations each year - the majority of those for social housing providers. Our services include installations into privately owned domestic and commercial properties. Gas Call Services are Gas Safe, OFTEC, HETAS and TrustMark approved installers. We have successfully completed over 100,000 servicing and repair visits each year.
Working on social housing contracts has been the core of our business for over 25 years. We currently work with 15 social housing providers across mainland UK. Our clients include large urban and rural local authorities, general and specialist housing associations and housing co-operatives. We have a clear understanding of what social housing clients expect to obtain from their heating contractors.
We're a national company that directly employees staff across all sectors and disciplines. Get Gas Training is also part of the Gas Call Services family. The centre provides bespoke Gas Industry related Training and is LOGIC accredited to deliver ACS, new entrants to the Gas Industry and a multitude of other approved courses that a Gas Engineer would require.

Please please please do not use this company in the Gosport/Fareham area!!! We paid £120 for a call out to a broken boiler. It was an absolute fraud. The man was here for half an hour, if even. He got it working and told us we needed a bigger boiler. It lasted 2 days. He couldn’t do a second call that day thankfully and we have now found a brilliant guy who sorted it all with new parts. He even went and got them and charged only £135 including the parts and was very pleasant as well. He also said the boiler is more than ample for us. Just beware there are other people who are not scammers out

If I could give zero stars I would. Absolute COWBOYS!!! Sadly if you live in social housing you have no choice but to allow these useless bafoons into your home but if you are a customer with your own home do not let them in. You will regret it. Fitted new heating to my house and stuck a nail through my causing a flood. Absolute imbiciles.

Just had some clown (Stuart) telling me total opposite of what another Gas Call engineer and council representative had informed me how the new piping and radiators would be installed. He went on about a access hatch in the understairs cupboard and how the engineers were supposed to work there. He then got quite nasty in tone of voice so was then escorted from the property. Terrible attitude. Aberdeen council

I had a new boiler fitted and new radiators in Aberdeen on Tuesday 18/02/20 and the engineers were great, very polite, highly recommended and the boiler works very well.Wonderful, hardworking staff and engineers who do their best to provide a great service in all only from Glasgow . But before staff from Aberdeen wasn't did his job good ,,,just one person from Gas call- from Aberdeen who saw problem immediately reacted and then he asked help from Glasgow. Well done to all who did great job , thank you for safe our life. But huge ????? about staff from Aberdeen gas call service:( who didn't see

I found no fault, work ethics, standard of workmanship, tidiness and the two engineers, David and Scott were polite and considerate. As a retired site agent for a few building companies and being really fussy, I don't make these comments lightly. The customer service was also very good and helpful. Mr. Palmer, Edinburgh
