Welcome to Renwick & Weir Ltd, a 3rd generation family business established in 1881. Based in Peebles in the Scottish Borders we are ideally located to carry out projects throughout the Scottish Borders, the Lothians and Edinburgh. We carry out a vast variety of construction projects from small alterations / maintenance works, to large extensions / alterations / conversions.

Renwick & Weir Ltd was established in 1881 and registered as a Limited Company in 1956. Now run by Managing Director Mark Mawer, Renwick & Weir Ltd has grown from strength to strength whilst building up and retaining a firm client base in the Scottish Borders, the Lothians and Edinburgh. Our large volume of repeat custom is testament to our quality and reliability.

At Renwick & Weir Ltd we have a team of very experienced and skilled joiners who take great pride in producing a quailty product. At our extensive workshop in Peebles we are able to manufacture bespoke items of joinerwork which can then be fixed on site - meaning we can create our items in a controlled environment resulting in a quality product with a great finish.
