Our client was looking to transform their home, increasing their space with a house extension in Edinburgh. The clients had a view to create a lighter and airer space within their home by extending and adding floor to ceiling windows so that they were able to enjoy the space and outdoor views all year round.
The clients key goal was to transform their two level home internally to by fully refurbishing all spaces to increase light and functionality within their home. Our team recreated three new bathroom/shower rooms, a new kitchen, new staircase, laid new flooring throughout, installed a new central heating system, rewired the home, and redecorated the property to ensure we met the client and architects brief.

Limitless completed our two story extension which included creating a new kitchen, two bedrooms and an en suite bathroom. We're delighted with the final result which has turned a 2-bedroom house that we were growing out of into a family home we can be happy in for years to come. The whole team were very professional, kept us up to date with progress, and were just generally nice people to work with. Despite Covid restrictions forcing a halt to the project, they managed to come back when construction opened up again and finish in the same project timescale. Would recommend to anyone thinking of

Limitless Development Services have helped me to achieve what I thought to be an impossible task. Renovating an unloved, old tenement flat into a place that I can now call home. I was surprised at how reasonable the prices were (I hadn’t had work on this scale carried out before) and the attention to detail on bringing the property back to life was amazing. I would highly recommend Limitless Development Services. They did a full renovation of my property including knocking through walls, central heating installation, new bathroom, new kitchen and a full re-wire. Stephen turned around the quote promply and communication was excellent throughout. For such a big job the whole process was expertly project managed and I was kept informed and consulted throughout. To work with such a reliable and professional contractor genuinely made the process feel easy. A great local business who come highly recommended.
