Ordered a pair of primed bookcases from Jali they arrived on time, were really well packed. When we put them together their great instructions were easy to follow and we are really pleased with the results.

Ordered a bespoke cabinet for the interior house fuse-box. Website is easy to navigate, and templates easy to change and modify to your own tastes and needs. Cabinet arrived in reasonable time. Well packaged, reasonably easy instructions, and solid when put together. Not the cheapest 'flat pack' furniture supplier, but the ideal place to go if you want made-to-measure, or personalised items for the house which you simply cannot get elsewhere.

Excellent company, that I would recommend. The radiator cover was expensive in my opinion, but it was made bespoke, which allowed us to reduce the width it came out from the wall. The quality is excellent. You get what you pay for. We had it sprayed our chosen colour. I would recommend this. Simple to fit to wall. The website is really good. Helps you design and save it till you are sure you have it all as you like, before purchasing. Just to add, all communications with this company was second to none! Adriana has great sense of humour. I'd definitely recommend Jali. We needed a low level room divider to position behind a sofa and the basic bookcase template fitted the bill. Everything was done online. The design process was straightforward and it was a simple matter to place the order. Despite the pandemic the kit was delivered on time after a call from Jali to make the arrangements. We were immediately very impressed with the build quality of the components. It is an understatement to say I am not really a handyman but even I found the instructions and diagrams easy to follow and had the very substantial unit assembled by morning

I ordered cabinets for our alcoves (we built the shelves on top and painted the units ourselves). The cabinets arrived within two weeks. The customer service was quick to respond to email queries and friendly. The units were easy to assemble (recommend two people) and sturdy. We took a couple of mm off the measurement as it was going against uneven brick, and that worked fine.
