Dear Ian and Nigel, It is six weeks since we last had any contact from you. We feel it appropriate therefore that we now formally ask you for a firm date for commencement of work on our porch. On the 3rd of June, you wrote: "We hope to have a re-quote for the Porch area with you during this week." That was now some 4 months ago. In this time we have written and frequently had no communication back from you, or anyone at ING. Therehas been no progress at all here. The Porch area continues to deteriorate: we have exposed electrics; freshwater drain continues
