Ranging from both internal and external window cleaning, gutter clearance services, fascia soffit & gutter cleaning to conservatory cleaning we deliver on what we do.
We send a simple text message the evening before we are due to clean, once your clean is complete we post one of our compliment cards through your door to let you know we have been. Payment details are on the back which are a simple bank transfer or if you prefer we also offer a direct debit service.

Services
Water-Fed Pole Systems (WFP) are a means for cleaning windows where purified water is pumped along a hose to a brush, which is used to agitate dirt and grime on the windows and frames. The purified water is then used to rinse off the residue from the window. As the water has had all impurities removed from it, it will dry streak free.
1: Upon completion of your clean we update our worksheet by clicking 'done' on your job. If we haven't been able to clean your windows for any reason we mark your windows down as 'missed' and there will be no billing. 2: When we have cleaned your windows your outstanding payment will then sit in our owing list until your direct debit is processed.
Once we have completed your clean we will post one of our company cards through your letterbox which has our payment details on (either bank transfer or direct debit). We have a straight forward pricing structure in place to make your quote as simple as possible. We can usually do this for you over the phone in around 2 minutes.
Once you have submitted your booking we will aim to complete your first clean within 7-10 working days. We will send you a text reminder the evening before we are due to clean, which requests gates be unlocked for the day we are due. Please note, we will not give specific days/times. If we do not have gate access to your back windows via gate we will clean only your front windows.

Regular customer, every 4 weeks. Never had a problem. Always a Great Clean! Friendly staff. As for reading some of these comments on here about 5 minute cleans and windows being missed, this only happens if you don’t leave the back gate open :-/. Your own fault. Made this mistake myself once or twice but front only still on point :-)
