The team were very polite & professional and did a great job installing my new boiler even though it was a more complex job than anticipated and took longer than expected. Jordan and Mattie have provided excellent service to our home for many years. This time they installed our new bathroom which was executed by first class tradesmen. We are chuffed to bits and have to sing the praises of Stuart and the apprentices who helped him. All the team were well mannered and our floors were protected throughout.

From the initial contact with A M Reid, the quality of service has been excellent. The installation was carried out on the stated start date and fully completed within the estimated time scale.
It was refreshing to experience tradesman who took a pride in their work and were very considerate when working in the house.
I must congratulate Cameron and Lewis who carried out the work and provided us with an excellent installation.
I would not hesitate to recommend this company and these tradesmen for any similar work.

We would like to say how much we appreciate all the hard work Aaron and his apprentice (sorry didn't get his name) coped with when they came to change our boiler. Everyone who came worked like trojans and not once did any of them complain when we had a few glitches with the system.
They were pleasant at all times, tidied up afterwards and we felt confident with them from the minute they started to work.
Despite having to work in uncomfortable heat they beavered on until all the issues were resolved.

Had the old boiler replaced with a new one and a new pressurised water tank installed. Great improvement in the water flow from the upstairs taps, hot & cold. Installed by Cammy & Jake who were prompt, friendly & efficient and carried a first class installation. Highly recommended.

Big thanks to the guys at AM Reid for their prompt and efficient service today. We’ve used them a couple of times now and I would highly recommend them to anyone with plumbing or heating issues. Our central heating pump failed and we were left with no heating. The guys at AM Reid completed the job quickly and professionally with no hassle. Thanks for the great service.

Thanks to A M Reid for their prompt and excellent service. After 4 days trying to get our central heating repaired we phoned A M Reid and in less than two hours one of their plumbers came and looked at the problem. He was very thorough and polite, diagnosed a pump failure, went and got a new pump and fitted it, all within 3 hours. Great service from a local company!

We had a new bathroom installed in September and from beginning to end the service and quality of workmanship was first class. Matthew gave us very useful advice on the design of the bathroom and the installation was carried out by Stuart and Brodie who were always on time, worked very neatly and consulted us whenever necessary on the finer details of what we wanted and nothing was too much trouble for them.The finished product is fantastic including wonderful work by the tiler. We would thoroughly recommend this company -in fact we are having our downstairs toilet refitted by them next year.

Couldn't recommend A.M. Reid highly enough! Urgently needed a heating engineer to fix the boiler for my elderly, frail and worried mum in law as quickly, covid safe, professionally and as stress free as possible and they rose to the challenge resolving the issue in a day. The engineer didn't leave tonight without making sure there was heating & hot water leaving a much reassured mum in law. This is the third time we have used A.M Reid Plumbing and would definitely recommend for all things plumbing including bathroom design and fitting, Boiler replacement and repairs. Thank you
