Online Quotes can be done with social distancing in mind however a site visit can sometimes be necessary. We stripped out and old floor standing boiler in Kinghorn that was costing the customer a fortune to run. After taking into consideration the hot water requirements for the house hold we advised this Valliant Eco-Tec plus 35 combi boiler.
We were contacted to replace a Bathroom in Dunfermline that hadn't been touched in 20 years. After sitting down with the customer and Listening to what they wanted we designed there dream bathroom. The customer couldn't be happier and what. We replaced this old bathroom in Kelty recently. The previous installer had fitted the shower tray really high and the customer was having to step up to get into the shower which they did not like.

We have just had 3 radiators replaced and received amazing service at an extremely reasonable price. Jordan was very prompt, so polite and really neat and tidy with his work. We definitely recommend I.S and will be back in touch should we need anything else done!!

Fantastic service from quote to finished installation. Both Ian and Jordan are a great team, hard working and keep you up to date at every step of the process.
I had a new boiler system installed and re-sited from kitchen to attic. They kept the place clean, triple checked their work and even stayed on when a fault with the gas meter appeared after they had finished.
Highly recommend Ian and his team. Top class service and will be using them again in the future.

I had been let down by two other local plumbers a few weeks ago, all I needed was a radiator fitted in my new kitchen. I called I.S and Ian responded the within minutes and got me booked in. He arrived when he said he would and got the job done in no time at all. He was a breath of fresh air, a really nice helpful friendly guy. Its really hard to find reliable honest tradesmen anywhere, so finding Ian and his team is reassuring!. I will be replacing another 2 smaller radiators in the house very soon so I will defo be calling these guys back !
