The removal crew were fantastic. It was all about the way that they conducted themselves and all pulled together. James in particular really shone, he was very calm and any problems he would just look at and find a solution - with a big smile at all times. I hope never to move again but if I do I will definitely be calling Elite Move, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Elite Move, moved me yesterday and l have received excellent service from first contact to a completely stress free move yesterday. 3 great guys - cheerful and polite, they arrived early as promised and worked tirelessly in difficult circumstances - access not brilliant front or back of property! They treated my belongings with great care and respect.
A special mention too for Joy of Elite. Absolutely outstanding, and she truly is a JOY! Nothing is too much trouble and she has kept me informed regarding my move every step of the way.

Unsure about their removal services, however their customer services obviously require improvement. Me and my sister (2 young girls) were queuing to pump up the tyres of our car up as we were travelling to my university. As we were queuing, they flipped us off as they struggled to move their van past our car, however they nevertheless managed to manoeuvre past in the end. Think this behaviour was rude and an act of stupidity, especially as they had their logo on the removal van itself.

Joy in the office is extremely friendly and helpful and the crew packing and delivering site were brilliant.
They arrived on the Wednesday to start packing early for the Friday and you would not have known they were there.
The Friday move; Packing the vans took hardly any time, thanks to their efficiency and unpacking took even less time. No damages to any of the furniture or properties.
I am only sorry the crew had to wait around for our key release, but no complaints were had while they waited.
I certainly recommend using them.

I chose Elite Move as i found the prospect of moving house by myself very unnerving and they promise to work through every step of the move with the customer. Their customer service was fantastic, I received a very competitive quote straight away and they went through the entire process with me answering all of my queries. I had arranged for them to pack for me and all of my belongings arrived safely at my new property. I was not looking forward to the actual day of the move but the crew arrived and were so helpful and friendly that they immediately put me at ease. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend

Faultless company. Elite Move provide an excellent service, prompt, well organised and caring. From start to finish Joy, Richard and the team were amazing. From the initial quote to delivering my furniture, everything went smoothly. All of my possessions were treated with care and attention, bespoke crates were used to transport irreplaceable antiques. It’s not often I see such fantastic customer service, particularly in such a stressful situation, especially being female and living on my own! I have no hesitation in recommending Elite Move to anybody! Thank you.

We recently used Elite Move for our house move. The guys arrived promptly on the day and made very good time in loading our boxes into the vans. They were polite and helpful throughout and didn’t mind even when there were delays in getting the keys for our new place. Vicky and Joy in the office were also very helpful throughout. Would recommend.

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. Vicky was so friendly and helpful throughout the booking process especially as I couldn't give definite dates until days before due to moving into a new build. The Crew on the day were outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble, every room was left neat and tidy. They looked after my furniture and genuinely cared about the job in hand. Would recommend to anyone wanting a professional, friendly,caring and helpful team to assist with a house move. 5* on every level.
