F.J Lane & Son Ltd is Windsor's oldest established builder having been formed in 1917 with the company amalgamating with H.F Plumbing in 1987. The company primarily covers all domestic/commercial building refurbishments, extensions, maintenance, kitchen and bathroom refurbishments, plumbing and heating installations to domestic/commercial properties.
We are members of the Federation of Master Builders, the Institute of Plumbing and are a Gas Safe registered contractor. The company is operated by Mark Hayes as Director / Company Secretary and is in charge of the building works. Paul Raynsford is a Director and manager in charge of the plumbing and heating section.

We can undertake all domestic and small commercial extensions including all structural elements of the works along with the electrical, heating and hot and cold water installations to suit the building design. Spend time with FJ Lane on a school project. They promised a quote a week later. Nothing arrived, after telephone calls and an email to the boss to chase, 6 weeks later I got a curt email saying they would not offer me a quote on this occasion. In my opinion, this is shoddy, time wasting, unprofessional behaviour.
