Just received our items from the UK to Thailand,that took seven months! They seem to have no interest in us or our shipment. We understand about the world wide situation and lack of ships,drivers and delays at ports. But all we received was a generic email most weeks. Once we did receive a shipping date, which was wrong,no list of what was being shipped just a ship name and container number. No information about what port it left from or which port in Thailand it would arrive. Then an email from the thai company that would handle this end,that turned out to be not much better than relo! A few Hong Kong shipping companies are using ReloUK as their UK partner, there have been numerous cases where clients are missing anywhere between 1-8 boxes i.e. all lost by ReloUK, in the past 2 months. A FB page has been created and more and more cases of missing boxes are reported, THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. Office Has no control over drivers. Office gives you a date, driver doesn’t show up. Office said driver will call the day before to confirm the time, driver didn’t do so. Calls office to see what’s going on, office replied they “don’t know what the drivers are doing”. Never know when the delivery will arrive. Never know if they are stolen or what?
Driver calls finally “truck is broken” I wonder if his hands were broken as well so he couldn’t call the day before and took him two days to tell an obvious excuse?

ReloUK were great during my move from Abu Dhabi to London. We are currently in a global pandemic but this didn't effect their service. Items were delivered as scheduled and all the staff were very friendly and helpful despite it being a stressful time. Would definitely recommend.

We relocated to Middle East (doesn't provide this option below) and only brought a small amount of items with us. We were told 6-10 weeks delivery but didn't receive items for 4 months. We shipped 18 boxes, 5 were incorrectly labeled and 1 box turned up that didn't belong to us. We returned that box immediately but were left deficient of a box. Because of the incompetence and incorrect labelling by ReloUK the insurance company (they use) would not pay out despite being insured for over £3500. They failed to document an item worth £200 and only offered £40 compensation despite owning up to having

My wife and I moved to France from the USA and we hired a company to transport our things. The company we hired was not ReloUK and in fact, the company we hired went bankrupt and our belongings were held at ReloUK's storage in England for several months. We were given the contact information of ReloUK and advised to follow up with them to obtain our belongings. This was a terrible experience and it was unfortunate that ReloUK was stuck in the middle of this dilemma.
