Very quick service. Really helpful and they were able to move my mum's large sofa from her garage back into her living room. They did it without having to take it apart which a previous removal company had to do when it was first moved into Mum's garage . Well done and would highly recommend them every time..

Just moved house this week, leaving behind my home of 18 years. I cannot express enough how totally fantastic Rhino Removals are. Cilla in the office is lovely, helpful and efficient. The two lovely men who turned up on moving day were wonderful beyond belief and so kind. Everything was done with a smile and they made a stressful and emotional day so much easier. I would never, ever consider using anyone else, but don't plan to move for years, so hope this review helps them in the future.

Sadly I have to write a bad review as all communication seems to have stopped and Rhino team won’t respond to me.
I used Rhino based on the great feedback, reviews and recommendations but wish I hadn’t.
I had my removals near the end of March (prior/before lockdown), I was messaged very late the day before the gentlemen were going to be slightly late (which they turned up very very late that morning)
I was provided with very young removal men and other gentleman (about 6 in total in 3 vans) my partner and I were asked to remain in another room while they carried out the work.
I was advised

I have used Rhino twice already, and have booked them again for my imminent move. They are very reliable, their charges are very reasonable, and they make a difficult job as easy and pleasant as possible. I would thoroughly recommend them for their friendly and professional service. For a pensioner on my own, moving home is very daunting - they make it so much easier for me to cope with.
