Thank you for your excellent service on our move to the Costa Blanca. I have been very disappointed with my fridge which was damaged in transit and the way it was dealt with. It was upsetting to discover that a valued bottle of Chanel Number 5 was not in the box on arrival with the rest of the perfumes which has caused me distress for sentimental reasons more than the monetary value. Huge disappointment and frustration which I feel could have been dealt with better as the owner has assured me he will deal with it and he regarded my accounting as reliable and fair.
