A big thank you to everyone at A J Stephenson’s from Matt who was absolutely brilliant handling all the changes that we had thrown at us, to the girls in the office who were always so helpful and professional. To the ladies who packed up our kitchen and to the lads who worked so hard to make our move run smoothly, we couldn’t be more grateful. On the packing day everything was securely packed. On the moving day great care was taken with all the items. The movers were pleasant and efficient. At my new hose they were calm and everything was placed exactly where I want it. I highly recommend them.

From the outset, A J Stephenson were incredibly helpful and patient, even though we had to change removal days several times. The packing team were friendly and good humoured and did an amazing job packing everything carefully. We were so impressed with the quick and efficient way things were loaded and unloaded and all the staff's professional and courteous attitude, which took much of the potential stress out of the move. I thoroughly recommend Stephenson Removals and can't thank them enough for their service.

Really positive. The guys (Phil, Reece, Callum (Melly), Scott) were all absolutely lovely. Soooo patient, they didn’t rush anything, took care with everything and just basically got on with it all really methodically. Worked their socks off, polite and smiling throughout.

Fantastic from start to finish. We had a last minute move and they did their utmost to accommodate my elderly parents - from packing services to the move itself. It was flawless and just what my parents needed. Helpful, cheerful staff who knew what they were doing and put my parents at ease. We cannot thank them enough for being a positive part of a very stressful process.

I was absolutely dreading moving as had had an appalling ‘service’ 19 years earlier with a Laindon removals company whom shall remain nameless (but had started with a J ended in S, and had a K in the middle).
Fortunately, I needn’t have worried. AJ Stephenson are consummate professionals, hard working, good humoured, considerate, careful, always answered queries and made the whole moving experience so much more bearable from start to finish.

This is a top class company. Moving is stressful enough but this company made the day go smoothly without any stress whatsoever. From first contacting the company for a quote and talking to the staff everyone was very helpful and listened to our requirements. The boxes arrived when they said they would and even when we needed some more nothing was too much trouble. They moved over 150 items from one house to the other without even a scratch on any of the items. The 3 guys who moved us were always friendly and wouldn't let us get involved at all, they completely took over which made us feel at ease

Without any doubt an Excellent Removal Company! would highly recommend. no stress, no hassle, packing service cost every penny. Professional approach, good timing, stress-free transportation. We moved 4-5 bed house with double garage and shed contents, lots of stuff even after decluttering. I could not imaging it all will go so seamlessly.

Incredibly impressed, great communication leading up to moving day, quick to answer any questions, reliable and timely with packing house. No items were damaged, everything was very well protected. Covid rules adhered unlike other removal company at sellers house.
Rebuild of furniture was excellent (wardrobes studier than before we moved!) and box labelling was spot-on, we were able to find everything we needed with ease.
We feel lucky to have had 3 different friends recommend you, and we would also highly recommend.
