Using a cradle system to clean windows can be an effective way to maintain a high rise building where other window cleaning methods are not possible. From rope cradles and hand winched cradles, to electric cables; if you have a cradle system on your building with up to date test certificates, our window cleaners can use your cradle system to take care of all your external cleaning needs.
Cleaning using a cherry picker or mobile elevated platform (also known as a cherry picker) can be an effective way to clean hard to reach areas. It can be the best way of carrying out builders cleans where we have to use a window cleaner's scraper and a lot of water. While having a cherry picker or access platform on site, we recommend carrying out other maintenance work as well as window cleaning.

Spectrum are amazing! We must be one of their smallest customers - 5 flats in an old warehouse building. They communicate every month to let me know when they will be here - they arrive on time and do not leave until everything is sparkling. They hand finish all of the windows that they can - (on lower levels) and spend extra time to clean frames etc if needed.
They are always more than pleasant and I will use them even if I move!

I contacted Lucian (MD) to quote for a domestic solar panel clean. It became clear that access would be too costly for me, but despite knowing he wouldn't be doing the job, Lucian continued to make inquiries to find alternatives and long term solutions for me.
