Csm are great. Not only do csm provide close cleaning in the communal areas they also work closely with me In my professional role I work with csm to support the recruitment of unemployed people into work. They have been instrumental in attending job fairs, interviewing those who are unemployed and supporting local initiatives such as job clubs.
