Have used Proclean for a number of years and cannot fault their service. Always on time the girls do a fantastic job and I cannot fault any aspect of their work. Most important their attitude and willingness to help is second to none and I would thoroughly recommend this company.

Had a bad experience with Pro Clean and would not recommend them, particularly for letting agents, landlords or AirBnb hosts as the standard of clean isn't professional.
Booked an end of tenancy clean with Pro Clean, however had to spend two hours cleaning the flat myself after they had come just to get basics done properly like floors, the bathroom and worktops which hadn’t even been wiped thoroughly.
The cleaners hadn't cleaned the shower area or even done basic dusting.
Pro Clean sent the cleaners round again after I’d initially complained and they arrived with a bad attitude saying they’d

The lady i spoke to on the phone took a few minutes to take notes of exactly what i wanted done, explained what was and wasnt included, duration, cost,etc. I liked that detail and the discussion was useful, they wont have any problems caused by vague quotes. When the workers came they had the list of what id asked for and they did it all in the agreed time. They did a very good job, it was my first time hiring cleaners for moving out and i would use this firm again.

I’ve used many cleaning companies in my time and have to say proclean did not disappoint and have exceeded all my expectations. I spoke to a lady, Maria I think her name was...she was very helpful and supportive. I explained to her what I was looking for and she was quick to offer a wide range of products and services that suited me. The cleaners always do a complete and thorough job. Never had any complaints and the prices are very affordable given the high standards they adhere to. Maria was very helpful when booking my last-minute short notice end of tenenacy clean. She explained clearly what they did/didn't do for the prices quoted.
I was a bit worried, I don't usually hire cleaners but when the two girls turned up, they put any last minute concerns I had to rest. They asked me to check the job done and it was very thorough!
