David Clarke has a BA Hons in Economic and Social History from the University of Hull. David joined the Valuation Office as a trainee Valuer where he also gained his Diploma in Surveying from the College of Estate Management at the University of Reading. Richard Murphy specialises in Leasehold Extensions and Compulsory Purchase.
He has been appeared before the First Tier Tribunal, Lands Tribunal and County Court as he is a firm believer of getting a fair deal for his clients. Andy has had a long and eclectic career that has always included an element of Customer Service within it, spanning from pipeline engineering to national logistics.

Connor Webb has a BSc in Real Estate from Nottingham Trent University. Connor joined Richard John Clarke in 2017 as a Graduate Surveyor with previous experience in Residential Auctions.

Richard John Clarke's primary aim is to achieve lease extensions at the lowest cost to our clients. Members of the Association of Leasehold Enfranchisement Practitioners (ALEP) for 10 Years. We currently deal with approximately 300 lease extensions and collective enfranchisements per year. We have been practising carrying-out lease extensions and collective enfranchisements since 2007.
Provide a report setting out the range of values, giving the lowest, highest and a possible settlement figure. After having the valuation, if you decide to proceed, the solicitor should serve the relevant notice on the freeholder at the lowest figure. The freeholder then has 2 months to respond with a "Counter Notice", setting out their proposed premium.
