Paul graduated from The University of Manchester in 1988 with an honours degree in Economics and qualified as a chartered surveyor in 1992 and was subsequently elected a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in 1993. He initially trained in commercial agency at Philip Sinclair Knighton specialising in office and industrial lettings/sales and rent reviews on behalf of major global corporations.
