Westcolt are the absolute pits in block management. Only interested in lining their own pockets and the feeeholder's. They take leaseholders' money but do not do repairs or maintenance. They charge top dollar and deliver inferior work if they do anything at all.
Unfortunately this system doesn't allow me to give less than one star. That is far too generous. Avoid them at all costs.

West Colt are extremely uncommunicative and unresponsive. We had to replace them as block managers because they were not doing sufficient maintenance or upkeep despite many asks for them to do so over several years. When they did choose to do work, they would give contracts to their mates and not properly manage costs or keep leaseholders or residents informed. Our service charges kept skyrocketing despite the lack of service. Would avoid if at all possible.

Absolutely appalling. No concern for leaseholders. Terrible communication. Slow to respond if at all. Awful service. Repairs and maintenance were overpriced but shoddily and cheaply done. Our block has fallen into a terrible state of disrepair under this so called "management" and I for one am delighted they have been removed. Avoid like the plague for the sake of your finances and your mental health! One star is too many.

Managed a block where I own a flat and this company is the worst I’ve come across. It’s effectively a one man band with no management ability or any ability to conduct themselves in a professional manner. The costs shot up, the standard of work plummeted and the block was poorly managed. We ended up exercising our legal right to remove them and are now taking legal action against them. I would avoid at all costs.

I cannot believe the way you treat your clients very disappointing and unacceptable service! I have been calling daily and no one come back to you. I do not recommend at all! It takes ages for them to respond to anything and you don’t get anywhere. I have never experienced anything like this in my 18 years of being a landlord.
