Services
DMA act for both Developers and single property owners as their Professional Representatives during the build phase and construction of a project, either residential or commercial.
Our involvement can be either a watching brief to report on the professional team and how the project is progressing or alternatively act as Contract Administrators including preparation of Schedules of Condition, obtaining quotations and tender prices from builders, placing a Contractor under a Contract and undertaking Contract Administration including the preparation of interim valuations, Certification of monies due and preparation of final account and checking that the building work has been completed to a good standard which may involve the preparation of snagging/defect lists.
