The owner Mark project managed a comprehensive upgrade of my semi-detached bungalow. His workforce not only laid beautiful flooring but also papered, painted, did plumbing and electrics, joinery work, etc with fabulous results. Mark and his team have provided us with excellent service.

Mark and his team did a great job. We needed a couple of rooms sanded, one of them urgently so that a carer could move in at short notice. Mark was brilliant and managed to fit the urgent room into his busy schedule, which was a huge help to us.

The team replaced the flooring throughout the whole 4 bed house, added underfloor heating to the kitchen and dining room, painted the whole house, feature walls, skirting, door frames and doors, and some electrical work. Stevie, Scott and Jamie are true professionals. They all did an amazing job.

We were recommended Edinburgh Flooring by a family member and Mark & Ian arranged Lee to come out within a few days. The bedroom floor was sanded and varnished to a very high standard, particularly the skill with which lee infilled gaps with timber. Many companies would just use filled (I am an architect).
Lee was on time, very hardworking and diligent and a nice chap to chat to.
We have arranged to get Mark to quote from installing new flooring in hallway and sitting room as we were so please with the workmanship.
