I must congratulate the removal staff for their professional, helpful and hard work. Unfortunately there was an issue on the removal date where a civil conversation about it would have been appreciated. David Stranks became rude and abusive towards us and told his men to unpack the vans and threatened to cancel the removal. After us asking this to not happen he back tracked. The move went ahead with the men surpassing themselves completed the job well within the agreed time.

Absolutely brilliant, all staff super helpful and professional. We are especially grateful for Stranks' patience and flexibility as our dates kept changing due to the length of the chain we were in. Stranks did their very best to take the pressure off us by pencilling us in for a few different possible dates. It was a stressful move from Kent to Cornwall during lockdown with the surge in demand due to the stamp duty holiday. I highly recommend Stranks, I wouldn't even bother getting quotes from anyone else.

Stranks were brilliant. We moved from a house with awkward access to another with probably more awkward access. Stranks were fantastic, nothing was any problem for them. They were polite, courteous and very hard working. We will use them again next time we move definitely!

Various issues during what should have been a straight forward removal, but ultimately my problem lays directly with David Strank and his dismissive, and quite frankly rude, attitude to my concerns.
